Spaghetti Bolognese

COOKING TIME: 30 minutes


  • The Amaze Ground JuicyTwo
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Oil
  • 300 ml of peeled tomato in pieces
  • 200 ml of tomato puree
  • bay leaf, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, basil

The Amaze Foods Recipe Spaghetti Bolognese


Fry the onion in olive oil on medium heat until it gets a nice dark brown color, add salt, pepper, bay leaf, thyme and rosemary.

Add the garlic and quickly fry it, just until it releases the aroma and add The Amaze Ground JuicyTwo.

Fry everything together for a few more minutes.

Add peeled tomatoes and tomato puree and fry over medium heat for another fifteen minutes.

Finally, add the basil leaves. Add salt if necessary.

Cook pasta of your preference, drain it ad add to the sauce.
