Pasta with cream sauce

2 servings


COOKING TIME: 3 minutes


  • Cream sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt, pepper, bay leaf, chives, thyme, rosemary
  • 250 g champignons
  • Soy sauce for cooking Egg-free pasta
  • 1 package of egg-free pasta of your choice The Amaze Strips BeefyOne/ Amaze plant-based BeefyOne grill strips



Cream sauce Fry the sliced onion over a hot fire until nicely browned and add the diced garlic.

Add salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary and fry quickly for another minute.

Add sliced champignons and fry for about seven more minutes to soften the mushrooms.

Finally, pour cream and soy sauce for cooking and stir well. You can also add a teaspoon of Lima / Kikoman soy sauce.

Cook egg-free in salted water and drain under cold water.

The Amaze Strips Beefy One/ Amaze plant-based grill strips Beefy One Add three teaspoons of vegetable oil on a non-stick pan or grill and fry the strips for 3 minutes on high heat.

Stir constantly until they get a dark brown crust, making them extra crunchy and juicy.

Attention: Do not cover the pan with a lid. If you do, the strips lose their crunchiness.

Put the Beefy One fried grill strips in cream sauce and stir to release the flavours.

Put the pasta in the plate first, then the cream sauce with The Amaze strips and finally garnish with finely chopped chives. Enjoy!
