- Homemade vegan mayonnaise Quantity for one blender / approx. 1kg
- 4dcl of soy milk
- 4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 6-7 dcl of sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoons of grainy mustard Salad
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 3 leaves of lettuce Gentile
- 4 teaspoons hard
- boiled polenta
- 6 asparagus

Homemade vegan mayonnaise Pour soy milk into a blender, add Dijon mustard and mix. Set the speed to the lowest and slowly pour in the sunflower oil until the liquid turns into a very thick sauce.
Stir in the mustard seeds by hand. If you do not have a blender, you can also mix with a hand blender.
Salad Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, wash and cut the Gentile salad and chicory salad.
Cook the polenta until it gets harder and cool it.
Grill the asparagus.
The Amaze Strips ChickyOne/ Amaze plant-based grill strips Chicky One Add three teaspoons of vegetable oil in the non-stick pan or grill and roast the strips on the very hot scale for 3 minutes.
Stir constantly until they get a dark brown crust, making them extra crunchy and juicy.
Attention: Do not cover the pan with a lid. If you do, the strips lose their crunchiness.
Put the salads and polenta in a suitable bowl and place Amaze Stripse ChickyOne on top.
You can pour the mayonnaise over the salad or serve it as separately in a cup.
